The Virtual Planet is created and maintained by
Citizens of Kymer, and run voluntarily for the citizens of Kymer
and all other interested parties. Its duty to its readers include
informing citizens of changes within the Dreamscape; disseminate
noteworthy news regarding Kymer and interesting cyber topics; allowing
the citizens of Kymer or other interested parties a place of personal
expression regarding topics, stories (fictional or otherwise), opinions
or ideas; and to provide other topics or areas of interest to its
readers that fall that relate to either the Dreamscape or cyberspace
in general. The Virtual Planet will not judge individuals upon their
opinions nor will it publish works that are inflammatory or derogatory
toward an individual or individuals based on race, sex, religion,
creed, sexual orientation, or economic status. It is the goal of
the Virtual Planet to maintain an open mind during the upcoming
new millennium and to educate its readers on the changes that are
occurring both within and outside of the Dreamscape.
