For those of you that lost turfs due to the warp, we are going to make every effort possible to recreate them for you with all of the items that were in them.

In order to be added to the list and to have us attempt to recreate your turf, you MUST page an Acolyte and put in a report that gives as much info as possible on your missing turf(s).

To give you an idea of what will be involved:

The Techs will put up a test copy of DS from the day before the warp and we will go in and import the locales of the missing turfs.

This is not as easy as it sounds. 
Every container (including heads) has to be emptied (items in containers will not import) in order to be able to import the items. If you have a huge number of items in a locale, it can push it past the limit of what can be imported (which gets really fun.. not! <g>), but we will still do the best we can to get all of your items.

Once the locales are grabbed, they then have to be imported into the new turf. All accessories, paint cans and activated kk's have to be reset to be worn/used correctly. This can not be done in mass.. each item has to be fixed individually.

Once the turf is ready, you will be added to the lease of the new turf.

To add an extra element to this whole process, we will working in the unstable environment of a backup from pre-warp DS, which means it can yo-yo on us as we try to grab the turfs.

As I am sure you can understand, this is a VERY time consuming process (even when not dealing with a crash environment).

Because of the process, there is no way we can try to put items back into the containers they were in (etc) so I hope everyone understands.. you will have your turf and your items, but loose items will be *piled* in the turf locales.

It will be a few days before we will be able to start on this and it is going to take some time to get each turf taken care of, so please be patient.

Make sure you have filed a report and once all of the turfs are done (that have been reported), I will post again in case any were missed, not reported, etc. as a reminder to everyone to make sure they have filed a report.

I also can not make any firm promises on this. We will do everything we possibly can to get every ones turf, but we will also be at the mercy of a very unstable backup. With Morpheus's help though, we will hopefully be 100% successful.
